Comprehensive Defense Solutions, LLC, is a self-defense company based in Columbus, Ohio. No matter what type of defensive training you are looking for, chances are we offer it. With over 30 years of experience, you can be confident in the quality and depth of what we offer to keep you and your family safe.

CDS is on a mission to ensure that EVERYONE has access to safe and empowering self-defense education regardless of their starting point and past experiences. We strive to accommodate learning styles, preferences and the personal history of each of our clients to ensure they gain the skills they need to be safe.
